The System allows you to search by payment filters or by reservation filters. Results can be displayed by payment, date, payment method, reservation or client. They will reliably and accurately show you the amount of money that you have already received, invoiced amount and the exact amount that is in debt and needs to be paid.

Track Overdue Payments

Powerful Booking Manager tool will automatically recognize if the payment is overdue, and display exact amount and delay period. Furthermore, the system provides detailed payment summary and helps you pay attention to payments that you still need to receive.

Send Payment Reminder

In just a few seconds, you can send a payment reminder directly from your Local Booking Manager application in any of 25 languages that you have chosen for the specific contact. Additionally, the System remembers the history of reminders that you have sent, so you don't need to be afraid of sending too many reminders by accident.
