If a Charter Operator has a 4 or 5 stars review, it will be immediately visible both in the yacht search and in the Partners Sections, otherwise they will be visible when the Operator collects 5 or more reviews.
We are using Booking Manager now for five years and it has made our work much easier. The program is good in general for running the business and having it all at one place, reachable from wherever you might be at the moment.
We have already noticed enquiries coming in from new sources and as the system is linked to our new website it is much easier for potential clients to find a good overall picture of our fleet and sailing areas.
